At Heaven Scent Us, we take great pride in providing 100% authentic, high-quality, safely packaged fragrances. Because our products are personal care items, we maintain a conservative return policy to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to authenticity, all sales are final. To ensure our customers always receive brand-new, untampered products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind or "blind buys" (purchasing a scent you haven't smelled before).
• Fragrances that have been opened, unsealed, or sprayed.
• Sale items or gift cards.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a broken bottle or leaking atomizer) or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund in these cases:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• You must provide your order number and photographic proof of the damage or error.
• Email us at sales@heavenscent-us.com to begin the process.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a return is approved due to damage or an error on our part, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been generated, we can no longer cancel the order.
